Here, at PsychAvenue (Singapore), we know too well that life is not always an easy road to travel. Having mental health issues can make the journey that much tougher and we may get stuck when the storm comes. However, we believe that everyone has strengths that has gotten them this far. It is the aim of our therapists to tap into your strengths and individuality to help you move forward. We cannot stop the rain but we can help you to weather the storm.

"How can we Help?"

Our center offers mental health services for Children, Adolescents and Adults. Our therapy and counselling services support clients with ADHD, anxiety, parenting, anger and stress-management issues, amongst others. We also offer psychoeducational assessments for children and adolescents. All our therapies and assessments are provided by qualified registered psychologists and therapists.

We understand the added stress that Covid brings into our lives. It leaves no one untouched or immune to its psychological effects, especially related to lockdown and isolation. We struggle to meet our innate need to reach out and connect to one another. We take the utmost precaution to keep all our staff and clients safe by adhering closely to Covid safety protocols (TraceTogether, masking up, social distancing, regular disinfecting of premises, etc.)

Cultivate a healthy lifestyle.

Eat healthily and in moderation. Exercise regularly. Take time to appreciate nature and practice mindfulness.

Tell a loved one that you appreciate them.

Showing gratitude makes you more optimistic and improves your mood.

Make time for social activities/engagements.

Man is not an island. We need the interaction and connection. Digital devices are poor substitutes.
